This doll clothes pattern is for 18 inch dolls.  It is fitted to dolls with the waist measurements of 10 1/2″-11″.

Materials and Supplies

• Main Fabric-Lightweight to medium weight knit fabric-1/4 yard. See the “Choosing Fabric” and “Notes” sections for an option using woven fabric.
• Optional Lining Fabric- 1/4 yard (Use if the main fabric is a medium weight fabric.)
• 1/4″ Elastic- 11 3/4″
• 1/2″ Stay Tape 3 1/8″ long (Used for the ruffle.)
• ¼” wide Wonder Tape (Used for Velcro placement.)
• Velcro- soft and flexible cut to 3/8″ x 3 3/4″
• Small safety pin or other fabric tube turning tool
• Disappearing ink marking pen
• Coordinating thread
• Basic sewing supplies (Pins, scissors, pinking shears, iron, seam ripper, ball point sewing machine needle and a sewing machine.)
• Pattern cutting supplies (28 mm and 18 mm rotary cutters, cutting mat, pattern weights)
