I’ve used all sizes. It really depends on what you are making. Sizes also vary by brand. I would recommend trying the clothing on your doll and brainstorming what adjustment would be needed to make it fit the way you would like. Sometimes a safety pin will do the trick, sometimes cutting and sewing the clothing to change it up, is best! Hope that helps! Let me know if you have anymore question!
