I have a few doll boards on Pinterest that I have been loving lately. They are very specific and that is what has been so fun about them. I want to share two boards today. One has been a sort of treasure hunt and the other a collection of inspiration.
Treasure Hunting for Fabulous Sewing Projects
One of my favorite boards is Sewing for Dolls. It has been fun to collect amazing sewing projects for dolls all in one place. This group board is sprinkled with tutorials, free patterns, and great patterns for sale. I am simply amazed by how many wonderful sewing projects for dolls are shared on the internet! It has been fun finding hidden gems that I haven’t seen before and saving favorites. Check out Sewing for Dolls on Pinterest here.
Inspiration for Play, Creating and Learning
I love, love, love this next board. I’ve pinned and pinned away in a style I think and operate in. There is an overall theme and then I pin what inspires me and is related to the theme. That being said, I don’t know if others will like it as much as I do. It is an inspiration board. It is a mash up of products, ideas, crafts, sewing projects, beautiful food, colors, and places all centered around the American Girl doll Grace Thomas and her stories. The American Girl stories are what introduced my family to dolls and I’m hoping to dive deeper into Grace’s story and create crafts, play and fun inspired by her books this year. Do not be surprised that this board is not all doll related, rather it is inspired by a doll and her story! The Pinterest board for Grace Thomas is here.
That’s two of my favorite doll related boards on Pinterest. You can check out my other boards and follow them here.
As they say on Pinterest, Happy Pinning!
