There are fun things on the ornament aisle this time of year for dolls! Today we will take a look at a project we can make from a Christmas ornament and tomorrow we will look at a few fun finds for dolls on the same aisle.
I love the creative chandeliers that are popular today. They come in all shapes and sizes. Today’s project is a fun modern chandelier for your dolls made with a Christmas ornament.
I made ours out of shiny blue iridescent balls but I loved these clear hot pink balls I saw at Walmart recently.
To make the chandelier you will need a mini ball ornament pick. The bundle of ball ornaments are attached together.
Each ball has a wire on one end and the wires all come together to form a cluster. With a little shaping we will transform this bundle to a chandelier!
To make your own modern chandelier bend the wires and space the balls apart until you get the look you want.
Cut a length of wire to hang the chandelier from. Twist the longer wire to the other wires.
Keep a look out for the color and look you want. These are made of glass and would be too delicate for younger children. Look for a plastic version for kids.
It is fun to use seasonal items, like ornaments, to make cute things for dolls!
Tomorrow we will look at a few other fun finds on the ornament aisle this year!

Ella, If you would like to feature a project from this website you are welcome to share one photo of the project. I would just ask that you share the link to the project on your website or YouTube channel and mention that the project comes from Doll It Up. Thanks for asking!
