At the Doll Bakery

Before we get started I have to say thank you for all of the wonderful entries submitted in Friday’s giveaway!  I loved reading through all of the fun ideas for doll size adventure sets!  They were truly inspiring!  If you haven’t entered, pop on over to the giveaway here.

I’ve had fun creating doll bakery and kitchen crafts recently.  As you create doll accessories, furniture, or  clothes don’t forget to stop and enjoy your collection with setting up scenes, or time for good ol’ play!

I created a wordless photo story using a small part of the doll bakery items I’ve already created.  I love that the story has very little furniture and accessories but the idea shines strong.

That is the beauty of imagination and play, you don’t need everything.  Actually you don’t need anything to ignite an imagination.  I create and collect to enjoy a few more details, but imagination fills in far more details!

To me that is the best part of collecting dolls, creating (being creative and encouraging others to be creative), dreaming (imagination) and enjoying others around me (play)!
