If you don't already know, you will learn some handsewing stitches (or it you needed a refresher course!) I made the Gingerbread Man. I did use baby ricrac on the arms and legs. I think you could go wild with what you did for decorating. Hope you have as much fun making this pattern as I did!

This is the first pattern I’ve tried from this designer, and was very pleased with the results. I love that the jacket is fully lined, and that it has a loose fit that makes it easy to fit over other clothes. I’ll be using this pattern again!

If you are looking for a way to learn new techniques and get new patterns, you have found the place. Anna does an awesome job designing her patterns. She incorporates new ways of sewing things together. I have been sewing for 64 years and I learn something new every month. Besides the patterns, Anna does a Workshop Zoom meeting, where we can sew along with her. The workshop is a great way to figure techniques out, if you are having a little trouble. And it is a great way to get to know Anna and the other members of the group. You can't go wrong by joining the group!

This is a great pattern. It sews up so nicely & easily. Looks super cute too. Not difficult at all. I think a beginner seamstress could sew this up just fine. Will make again

I had a lot of fun making up outfits using this pattern! It is easy to make, so versatile, and Anna does a great job of giving instructions for different ways the pant can be made up. Yet another Doll It Up pattern that will go into repeat for my sewing queue 🙂

In March I sewed the Addy Gown. This evening gown is a fun one to use some specialty fabrics with. The pattern is simple and easy to follow, but makes a beautiful garment! Beginner or advanced seamstress will enjoy this pattern.
