Congrats Terri! Check your email inbox!
It’s Friday and it’s time for another giveaway!
I have a doll size cave exploring set for you! I picked up these doll size items from the visitors center at Mammoth Cave, KY. Take your own trip to Mammoth Cave through play or create your own storyline with this set!
Doll Backpack
It’s time to go spelunking! (That’s the funny word for cave exploring!) This little backpack will carry everything you need for your spelunking adventure.
The elastic straps on the back stretch to fit on a doll.
I did make one change to this backpack to make it perfect for dolls. The backpack originally had a clasp attached to the top that was intended to attach to a larger bag. I cut off the loop that held the clasp so it wouldn’t get in the way for play!
There is a zipper on the top, open it up to fit all your gear and supplies for any doll size adventure!
A Black Bat and 4 Cave Photo Cards.
A mini black bat and a set of 4 cave photo cards make this set complete. Bats live in caves and these little bats were sold at the Mammoth Cave visitors center to raise awareness of their endangerment by disease.
At Mammoth Cave this has been a big concern so they take special safety precautions. One way they help prevent the spread of disease to bats is to send every visitor through a shoe cleaning station after you’ve been in the cave. It’s pretty cool they are doing what they can to protect bats!
The last part included in the giveaway is a set 4 cave photos. They highlight 4 unique aspects of Mammoth Cave and have a description on the back.
Enter to win this fun cave exploring set for your doll play!

I’d love a camping/survival set for dolls (hunting knife, flint & steel/lighter/matches, campfire, tarp-tent, fishing rod, fish, bucket, etc…). Or maybe an archery set (bow, arrow, quiver, target, archery glove (not sure what it is really called, but my dad has one to help with pulling back the bow-string) and a bale of hay to put the target on). Bonus points if the sets are quality made and under $50 (if we’re talking about sets we’d love to be able to buy).

I think a sewing and/or craft set would be nice. Maybe some dolly-size sewing needles, some thread, fabric, maybe a doll-sized basic pattern for a shirt and skirt/pants (or a summer dress), a skein or two or yarn, a crochet hook, a basket for the yarn, etc.. A sewing machine, lamp, iron, and ironing board would be neat too.
